This is an advertisement created by Nike. It states that sneakers makes the man. Does this mean that is a woman buys this shoe or sneaker that she will be considered a man? Does this mean that a boy that doesn’t have this pair of sneakers is not considered a man? This is a gender stereotype becasue Nike is implying that having their sneakers will make someone a man. This has been a popular stereotype recently, the way that people dress, not just boys but girls as well, dettermines if it makes them a man or a woman.
